Puppy Agreement
This is a copy of the Agreement that must be signed, before puppies can leave. We
require that your new puppy visit a Veterinarian within three (3) days after he/she arrives
to their new home. This gives your puppy a chance to get acquainted with the
Veterinarian and for you to discuss with your Veterinarian vaccination schedules,
spay/neutering and any other questions you may have about caring for your puppy.
Moving to a new home away from his/her family is a very stressful time for a puppy.
Things to watch for are diarrhea and loss of appetite, all are minor issues as long as they
are caught early. However, if left unchecked, it can become a serious health risk for your
puppy and void your guarantee if he/she is not seen by his or her Veterinarian for said
issues. The purchaser agrees to continue immunization and health care as
recommended by his or her Veterinarian. If puppy is to be sold by purchaser, breeder is
to be given first option to buy puppy. If breeder declines then breeder must be notified
with new owners name, address and phone number. This puppy is not to be bred to any
WZ Dobermans. If a female puppy is bought on full registration, purchaser agrees not to
breed puppy until second heat or later. Purchaser also agrees not to breed females
more than once per rolling calendar year, (every other heat)
