Sales Contract
1.The above described puppy is a purebred registerable Doberman Pincher and is physically and mentally sound at the time of purchase.
2.The buyer must have the dog examined by a licensed veterinarian (at the buyer’s expense) within 72 hours of the time of purchase.
3. If the puppy is found to have any congenital problems that affect the health of the puppy it may be returned to the seller, the puppy will be replaced with another puppy when one becomes available. A letter from the examining veterinarian must accompany the puppy upon return. Please note that cryptorchidism and/or pyometra does not warrant a return or a replacement of another pup.
4.Buyer shall assume full responsibility for the health, anatomical make up, appearance and temperament of the above described puppy following said 72 hour period.
5.All of the breeding stock of this kennel has been certified free of hip dysplasia by OFA certification unless the parents were under the age of 2 years when breed, but their parents have been certified. If the puppy is found to have crippling dysplasia that requires euthanasia (up to one year of age), the seller will replace this pup with one of equal value from another litter. OFA ratings of mild, moderate or severe dysplasia does not fall under this obligation. A copy of the radiograph with the dog’s name and registration number imprinted on the film must be sent to the seller before any action is taken regarding replacing the puppy.
6.All puppies will be sold as pet classification.
7. The above named dog is never to be: Chained outside, allowed to run free , abused in any manner or form, if these conditions are violated, Josarge Kennels will reclaim the above named dog immediately with NO REFUND.
8.The buyer agrees that the above described puppy will live in the house and attend at least one 8 week obedience class to ensure a social, well adjusted pet.
9. This writing constitutes the full and only agreement of the parties involved.
