Just an update for you and your web site.  Izzy is going to the AKC Doberman Nationals this October to compete in agility.  I will keep you posted as to how she did on her first show.  Her trainer and I are going to start to take her to matches to get her ready to be around lots of dogs and excitement but she loves it!  I am new to this and thought when I took off the leash in the ring that she would run to play with all of the other dogs (she loves that) but when we go into a strange ring with new dogs she only looks at me and takes the course with great passion and love!  If anyone is looking for a great way to bond with your dog at an even greater level this is it!

I do not write enough with updates but I have news that I wanted to share.

Izzy who was born 6/11/09 has just gotten her canine good citizens ship certificate! We do weekly training classes with Izzy and on one class they decided to put out a few agility obstacles. I have had many dogs in my lifetime but I have never seen anything like this. Izzy took to the obstacles like a fish to water. I immediately put her into agility training. She has only had about 8 classes but I have attached a short movie of how she is doing. This movie was taken after working on a hot day for a hour and she was tired. At the end the dogs howling were to much for her but I wanted to share this with you because I just can't believe how well she is doing. This comes very naturally to her. She does many more obstacles than what you see here and at a faster pace but I just don't always have the camera rolling. If your web site supports movies feel free to use this in your testimonials. I just can't tell you enough that Izzy is the best dog ever! To Lyla and Cognac, you do good work!

Izzy is the love of our lives!  She is very smart and thrives on her training and looks for us to teach her more.  We were very fortunate to find Joanne.  We made many visits to Izzy before we brought her home and Joanne was so helpful in answering all of our questions and giving us advice.   Izzy came from a very loving home and it really shows in how loving she is.   We could not ask for a better puppy!

We were looking for a reputable breeder in our area and were lucky to find Josarge Kennels.  Joann and David were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to come visit the puppies anytime we wanted.  We got a male from the August 21st litter and he has met our every expectation.  Maverick is energetic, playful and SMART!  I often call JoAnn with questions and she always takes the time to explain/provide advice on raising a healthy and balanced dog.  I highly recommend this kennel if a Doberman is the breed for you.  When you purchase a dog from Josarge Kennels you become part of the family.

-Josarge Kennels was great to deal with. From the first time we contacted them to the present we still keep in touch. We received our puppy out of the 8/21/08 litter and from the first day we met with JoAnn and David we knew that our new dog was coming from a good home, and by being able to meet Lyla and Cognac and see the personalities of these dogs was great. Our new doberman has been great, JoAnn gave us all the paperwork, and helpful instruction to help us with the first few months and she was always available should we have a question. Now our puppy is a little over 7 months and 50lb and pure joy to have around the house and she is a true lap dog! We would highly recommend Josarge Kennels to anyone who is interested in getting a doberman.

She also has developed quite the personality. We swear she can understand English. Once she gets a few months older we are going to try to get her certified as a good citizen so that Shelley can take her to work every day, which I know Grace would love

HI JoAnn

We are looking to getting her a friend soon because she loves to play with other dogs.

We hope that all is well and we wanted to send you a few pictures of Grace.  We have been quite busy with her,she has passed the AKC Good Citizen exam with flying colors.  Once we finally get the official paperwork from the AKC she will be able to go to work with Shelley.
